Christopher L. Anderson – Owner/President
CA Homes is owned and operated by Christopher L. Anderson. He has over 27 years of experience in the Construction Industry. His experiences are Diverse and Well Rounded; He started as a construction laborer, integrated strong computer skills with three years of college and added diversity with single family track housing, commercial, multi-family and High-End Custom Homes.
Prior to starting CA Homes, He spent eight years in the capacity of Construction Manager with duties equal only to owning and operating a Successful Construction Company. Now as we move into our ninth year, he continues to use this degree of Diversity and Experience to develop and grow CA Homes into the Highest Quality Builder on the Peninsula.
Kimberley Gray – Assistant/Office Manager
Kim is the assistant to Christopher and the office manager for CA Homes. She has many years of experience with managing companies from Electrical contracting to retail. Most of Kim’s educational background is in business management and design.
Prior to moving from Southern California 9 years ago, Kim worked in marketing and design. While that is still something she enjoys doing, she is happy to be a part of the CA Homes team and uses those skills often. Kim loves living in the Pacific North West with her family and takes advantage of all that it has to offer.
Jordan Anderson – Assistant Superintendent
Jordan started at CA Homes as a construction assistant helping with the day to day labor and maintenance of job sites. He did this for several years until he moved away to pursue further education.
Since returning to Sequim, Jordan has taken on the role of Assistant Superintendent at CA Homes. This includes assisting in the day to day organization of schedules, subcontractors, and jobsites. Outside of work he enjoys hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest. Jordan is happy to be a part of CA Homes and enjoys working alongside his father in the family business. He hopes to continue to learn and grow as the company evolves.
Brandon Abbot – Construction Assistant
Brandon is a construction assistant at CA Homes. Most of his work experience comes from the beverage distribution industry. Brandon started out as a warehouse worker, he later moved onto beverage delivery and has since become a construction assistant at CA Homes.
Brandon has lived on the Olympic Peninsula most of his life. He loves the area and believes it’s a great place to live. Brandon really enjoys being involved in the construction industry. He feels very grateful to be a part of the CA Homes Team and hopes to continue to grow with the company.
Juan Camps – 3D Designer
Juan is the 3d designer at CA Homes. He is responsible for working closely with Chris to create 3D Visualizations of plans. Previous professional experiences include instruction of 3D visualization software (3DS MAX) and employment with architecture firms.
Juan is originally from Uruguay but moved to Sequim in 2016 to be close to where his wife was raised. Back home he studied Architecture but his IT and artistic skills also sparked his interest in Architectural visualizations. Most recently a British Magazine (Eleven) recognized him and his colleagues for their project submitted to a competition focused on a developing neighborhood in San Francisco. Juan enjoys the distinct styles of home designs found on the Olympic Peninsula and strives to incorporate his varied experiences with this particular environment.
Bethany Alexander – Adminstrative Assistant
Beth is the Administrative Assistant at CA Homes, she works closely with the Office Manager and has taken over the majority of the bookkeeping functions. Beth brings with her 20+ years of bookkeeping & accounting experience. She has previously worked for a variety of businesses, including a nation-wide construction rental company and a material supplier, as well as several years with Time-Warner & Pacific Theatres.
Beth, her husband and their two fur-babies moved to Sequim in May 2016, transplants from Los Angeles, CA. Wanting to escape the daily rush and crowds, as well as the smog, traffic and excessive heat, they chose Sequim for its beauty, mild temps and small town way of life. Beth gets out to enjoy the sights of the Northwest Peninsula at every opportunity, and has come to love her secluded early morning walks on the beach with her dogs, just after daybreak.
